Alex McRoberts

I am a senior planning to graduate in Fall 2021 and double-majoring in Geography and International Relations, with concentrations in Europe and the International Political Economy. Last spring, I participated in an urban studies program in Copenhagen, Denmark. This summer, I worked with SCG teaching middle schoolers at Northside Learning Center and starting the New American foodways research project, which I plan to continue working on this semester. After graduation, I hope to pursue a master’s degree in Urban Planning. I am interested in intersections between political science, economics, data, and spatial thinking, and I hope to further strengthen my skills in these areas, especially GIS, through this program.
