Emma Kurry

Hello! My name is Emma Kurry, and I am a senior at Syracuse University majoring in Geography and Environment, Sustainability, and Policy. I am particularly passionate about transit planning and how public transportation initiatives can enhance connectivity and equity. I grew up in Miami, Florida, and recently completed an internship with the City of North Miami’s sustainability department. During my time at the City, I worked on community outreach and education, creating digital content for the department’s website and meeting regularly with community groups and residents to accomplish sustainability goals. I am excited to be a part of SCG and work with community organizations here in Syracuse!
