Dakota Dorsey

I’m a third year Dual Geography and Television, Radio, and Film student. Originally from Washington, D.C., my interest in the SCG program is rooted in my conservation background and my interest in the social sciences. In past summers, I’ve done Osprey Banding volunteer work on the Chesapeake, and the tenants whose property the osprey nests were built on were often great sources of information on the bird’s daily status. This semester in SCG, I hope to find ways to combine my love for the environment with my desire to better the lives of others.
