Syracuse Community Geography works in close collaboration with community partners to:

-create and distribute maps that shed light on community issues;

-assist with spatial analysis of community issues;

-catalyze potential partnerships and collaborations;

-provide training in GIS, mapping, spatial data interpretation and analysis;

-create and distribute GIS data;

-inform community members about the location of existing resources; and

-inform service providers about barriers to access or underserved areas.
